Having KG Construction paint the exterior of our 3-story house and multiple decks was a wonderful experience, and restored my faith in home construction companies. I was really nervous, but Kevin always let me know what was happening and when. The painters were lovely people who worked steadily and produced a great result. They scraped, sealed, and sanded damaged siding. They even completed details that I wouldn't think were worthy of the effort, but our house looks better for it! I'm in love with our house all over again. Oof, now I have to tidy up the outside to match (those are my white buckets in the photos--KG cleaned up everything of theirs when the job was done). I'd hire KG Construction again in a heartbeat!
KG Contruction did a fantastic job for us. We highly recommend their services. We had a shower that was leaking through the floor and through the floor outside the shower. KG Contruction demoed the bad tile and subfloor, repaired the subfloor, and put in a whole new, very well sealed, shower flooring. The added a curb so that water wouldn't leak out again, and put in new tile in on the bathroom floor. We had them replace the tile in our other bathroom to match. KG Contruction did a great job communicating what was needed, when they would be on site, how long it would take. They were very responsive. Price was totaly reasonable. Quality of the finished work was excellent. Managing the mess and clean-up was very well done. I'm going to hire them again for future projects and am very happy to recommend them for your projects. Very pleased.
Kevin and his crew did an amazing job!!! We hired him to re-tile 2 fireplace surrounds and redo a bathroom with new vanity, toilet, lighting and floors. Everything turned out really great! We are very happy!!! Kevin and his team are really easy to work with, professional, detailed and prompt. His prices are competitive and he and his team were able to finish the work within our timeline. We are super impressed and will definitely be hiring him again!
These guys were over at my house to do a kitchen upgrade, and let me just tell you how satisfied I was with them. These guys were just amazing. They were clean, friendly, and very meticulous. With outstanding work, and jaw dropping results, I hands down recommend them. "2 thumbs up"
